i purchase a vacuum for 20.00 and was told that it had a one week guarantee.
the young woman told me "no problem." there was a problem....i used it and it smelled burned. i called and the owner(woman) told me no refunds and to read it on the receipt. i explained she had nothing else i wanted and i had just finished purchasing it and drove 40miles to my home to do so. she became defensive and began to accuse me of something i did....i hung up! i had wasted 20 hard earned dollars..i was not about to waste time either. she also said her products were cleaned before sold. i opened the vacuum and there was soooo much build up. people go elsewhere.
